    Prior to founding BHI, Adam co-founded and led IMM for ten years. During his 25 year career in media and marketing, Adam has served as Managing Director at GE’s satellite television business unit, and Latin American Regional Director for a unit of the DirecTV Group. He is also currently a partner at Cloudlight Entertainment, a specialized lender to independent film and television productions. Adam is an active early-stage investor/advisor, and has provided capital to numerous early stage and growth ventures including SodaPup, Whiskers Laces, Glamhive, Vinyl Me Please and Branded Online among others. He received his BA/BS in Philosophy & Mathematics from St. John’s College.

    Terrie started her HR career almost 25 years ago in the booming East Coast biotech industry. She has mastered the balance needed by any great HR leader – coupling strong business savvy with a keen understanding of people, how they work together, and their needs as employees. Terrie and her team work tirelessly to ensure that the day-to-day runs smoothly, striving to make Boulder Heavy Industries and all portfolio companies a great experience for employees and clients alike.

    Erik helped three small start-ups become global companies with significant exits – AOL, DataLogix and SpotX. He served one of the first digital banners in 1996, pioneered using offline data for online targeting in 2008, and launched one of the initial video programmatic marketplaces in 2011. Erik has executed over $1 billion in digital media over the last two decades.

    With 20+ years of large, full-service agency as well as strategic consulting firm experience, H brings a new lens on client-agency partnerships. Addressing and resolving client business challenges is what drives him and the teams he leads daily.

    Tiffany oversees the legal affairs of BHI and its subsidiaries. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, the American Bar Association, and is licensed to practice law in Colorado. Along with ensuring appropriate legal and policy implementation, Tiffany oversees BHI’s corporate governance and compliance.

    As President of Ideas Made Measurable (IMM), Gina has worn many different hats since making the jump from the Big Apple to beautiful Boulder. As among the first employees of IMM, she’s grown the company through driving millions of revenue and profits across key verticals including wellness, health and beauty, and restaurant. 

    You get 20 years of pushing the limit of digital creative experiences when working with Corien and her team. Corien has an infectious passion for taking creative, UX, UI, and website design and translating them into results for clients from NYC to Boulder. 

    Part entrepreneur, part creative and part business strategist, Kyle has helped lead some of the world’s largest (and smallest) brands through the constantly evolving marketing landscape with connective ideas and unrelenting passion.

    By establishing innovative platforms, David drives growth through publisher relationships, technology, optimization and operational development with extensive experience taking brands through demand generation programs and customer acquisitions across a multitude of verticals.

    A veteran in the media and advertising industry covering a 20-year span that includes print, digital and performance marketing, Jamie leads teams to innovate and to develop new products and tools that better serve the advertising industry.

    One of the founders of Brandzooka, Kelly began her career with a short stint in the German legal world, after which she moved back to the States and was an early team member at several tech startups in Denver before launching Brandzooka in 2015.
