Creating a data engine for ecommerce

To more clearly understand their current ecommerce customer base, IMM conducted a PEARL iZUMi customer LTV analysis to support media planning efforts and determine new customer revenue targets based on historical purchase behavior. Through this analysis, IMM identified opportunities that resulted in higher conversion and more efficient revenue generation. Leveraging these insights across both the media buy and supporting creative campaign, IMM drove a significant lift in e-commerce sales.
